Eric Lichtblau, NY Times reporter, won the Pulitzer Prize for his articles disclosing the Bush Administration's secret surveillance program. His new book "off press" 4/1/2008 focuses on the secret-surveillance program but also addresses the famous 2003 Justice Department legal memorandum (1) which gave the legal rationalia for "aggressive interrogation" techniques, (2) which was withdrawn 9 months after its issuance, and (3) which was recently made public as the result of an ACLU "Freedom of Information Act" lawsuit.
