Here is the CBO 10-year "base line" against which all of the current budget-savings (increased revenue or decreased spending) are scored by CBO. [It also contains a good explanation of the minor differences between the "base line" and President Obama's 2011 Proposed (10-year) Budget which was rejected by the U.S. Senate 97-0.
