Fifth Circuit Refuses To Disclose Its Ruling To The Public

Post by johnkarls »

.
Despite news reports claiming that on July 14, the Fifth Circuit paused the U.S. District Court’s preliminary injunction (please see, e.g., the Washington Post article at viewtopic.php?f=749&t=2371&sid=c85fd32e ... 5bc7e94173), the Fifth Circuit has –

(1) refused to even acknowledge TO THE PUBLIC that it has done ANYTHING;

(2) much less acknowledge TO THE PUBLIC that it has done something in an UNPUBLISHED RULING.

The Fifth Circuit website (https://www.ca5.uscourts.gov/electronic ... t-opinions) only acknowledges TO THE PUBLIC the following opinions/orders for July 14 (the case number for State of Missouri et al. vs. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al. is 23-30445) --
