I just finished reading your Suggested Answers to the Short Quiz even though they won’t be featured until the April 6 weekly e-mail.

Its “Blood Money Part IV” about COVID properly IMHO paints Anthony Fauci as the primary villain who engaged in illegal research to create new diseases with synthetically-engineered mutant viruses.

You spend a great deal of time addressing the question of whether his behavior comprises common-law murder.

However, didn’t you overlook whether Fauci’s behavior comprises "Crimes Against Humanity" per the UN's International Criminal Court at The Hague?

I am “guilty as charged” for overlooking "Crimes Against Humanity" per the UN's International Criminal Court at The Hague!!!

Article 7 of the “Rome Statute” that set up the United Nations International Criminal Court at the Hague defines “Crimes Against Humanity” as –

(a) Murder;
(b) Extermination;
(c) Enslavement;
(d) Deportation or forcible transfer of population;
(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of
international law;
(f) Torture;
(g) Rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, or any other form
of sexual violence of comparable gravity;
(h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural,
religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as
impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or
any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;
(i) Enforced disappearance of persons;
(j) The crime of apartheid;
(k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to
body or to mental or physical health.

It would appear obvious that creating COVID falls squarely within

(a) Murder;
(f) Torture;
(k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to
body or to mental or physical health.

HOWEVER, the UN’s International Criminal Court at the Hague does NOT have jurisdiction over U.S. Citizens without a Resolution of the UN Security Council in which the U.S. has a veto.

[The U.S. did not ratify the “Rome Treaty” establishing the ICC because it did not want U.S. military personnel, CIA operatives, etc., to be subject to ICC jurisdiction.]

INDEED, we studied this in detail in connection with our 9/12/2012 “Six Degrees of Separation” E-mail Campaign entitled “Bill & Melinda Gates’ Crimes Against Inner-City Ed” (which is reproduced below).

As we have studied many times in the past –

(1) The UN’s International Criminal Court at The Hague (NL) was established by the so-called “Rome Statute” for the prosecution of four types of crimes – (A) genocide, (B) crimes against humanity, (C) war crimes, and (D) crimes of aggression.

(2) It was agreed at a diplomatic conference in Rome on 7/17/1998 and entered into force on 7/1/2002.

(3) According to the ICC’s website the last time we checked, 123 countries had agreed to ICC jurisdiction – 33 in Africa, 19 are Asian-Pacific, 18 are Eastern European, 28 are Latin American or Caribbean, and 25 are Western European or Other.

[BTW, UN membership included 193 countries.]

(4) Among the 70 UN-member countries that had NOT agreed to ICC jurisdiction is the United States because it does NOT want the ICC to have jurisdiction over the members of its military forces (not to mention over the CIA, etc.).

(5) Citizens of the countries that are NOT signatories of the Rome Statute are NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court UNLESS the U.N. Security Council, in which the U.S. has a veto, provides the ICC with jurisdiction. This was the procedure followed for providing the ICC with jurisdiction to prosecute Serbs for war crimes in the Bosnian War.

Dear Mr. President:

A tragedy has been unfolding for the last 12-15 years that is condemning inner-city children to "a fate worse than death."

You are probably aware that The Hon. Hillary Clinton served until the 1992 Iowa caucuses on the Advisory Board of the "I Have A Dream" Foundation which oversaw during the 1990's the efforts of 179 individuals to replicate in 51 American cities what Eugene Lang had done when in 1981 he promised the graduating sixth graders of Harlem P.S. 121 their college tuition if they stayed in school. He then provided a tutor and mentor for each "Dreamer" until H.S. graduation.

Despite the prevailing single-digit H.S. graduation rates in America's inner cities, 60%-65% of the Dreamers graduated and proceeded to college.

And then it was discovered that the volunteer tutors and mentors had become surrogate parents and, if they communicated their hopes to the female Dreamers, the prevailing 50% pregnancy rate would plummet and the H.S. graduation rates would exceed 90%.

This despite 95% of those Dreamers living in single-adult households headed by druggies, 75%-80% of whom turned over any receipts to the pusher so the kids had to steal just in order to eat. And despite the kids knowing by Kindergarten that their only realistic career objectives were pusher or pimp, or girl friend of a pusher or pimp.

Identical-Twin Studies consistently demonstrate that they have the same level of intelligence as suburban children.

Accordingly, it is tragic that Bill and Melinda Gates and their foundation have led the nation away from The Promised Land to worship for 10 years the "false idol" of breaking up inner-city schools into smaller units and, after admitting that failure, of leading the nation to worship the "false idol" of school choice.

Recent comprehensive studies by the Brookings Institution and by Stanford University show that charter schools are no better than public schools even though the charter schools typically accept only children of functional parents and then expel anyone who isn't performing.

"School Choice" is treating a SOCIOLOGY problem as an EDUCATION problem and makes no more sense than closing a police precinct in whose jurisdiction a crime is committed and hiring amateurs in their place.

Since the reckless behavior of Bill and Melinda Gates are "Crimes Against Humanity" as defined in the Rome Statute establishing the International Criminal Court at The Hague, it is respectfully requested that you petition the U.N. Security Council to provide the ICC with jurisdiction to prosecute the Gates. After all, they are condemning more inner-city children to a "fate worse than death" than the number of victims involved in all of the prosecutions at the ICC combined.

Thank you again for your e-mail. And you are right that we could petition the Biden Administration to “green light” a UN Security Council Resolution granting the International Criminal Court with jurisdiction over Fauci.

Though IMHO it would be far simpler for any U.S. Attorney or local District Attorney with authority over any place where Fauci can be caught, to prosecute him for English-American common-law murder.
