Suggested Discussion Outline

.
Please click on this section for the Suggested Discussion Outline which includes a Proposed Public-Policy Action for opposing Harvard in “Trump vs. Harvard” for its alleged Anti-Semitism.

This section also includes –

• A BBC 7-21-2025 Article on the Harvard Anti-Semitism Lawsuit which, inter alia, explains that there are two separate “Trump vs. Harvard” actions – one for Harvard’s alleged Anti-Semitism, and one to prevent the university from accessing a visa system that allows Harvard to unilaterally enroll foreign students.

• Harvard's Statement of Facts in the Harvard Anti-Semitism Lawsuit.

• THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE As CRIMINAL LIBEL (or Impermissible “Defamatory Hate Speech”) which elaborates on the Proposed Public-Policy Action.

Suggested Discussion Outline

Post by johnkarls »

.

Traditionally, each month’s Suggested Discussion Outline has comprised 2-3 parts – 60 minutes for each of Parts A and B with subtractions to accommodate any Sec. C Proposals –

A. Comments About Specific Chapters of the Focus Book – going through them chapter-by-chapter.

B. Further Discussion – of Questions in the Short Quizzes for which the Suggested Answers were “What Do You Think??? Let’s Discuss!!!”

C. Possible Public-Policy Campaigns Directed At Decision Makers – flexible minutes from Sections A & B if there are any proposals.

Part C – Possible Public-Policy Campaign Suggestions

*****
From Yours Truly –

Taking a position against Harvard in Trump vs. Harvard for its alleged Anti-Semitism.

A BBC news article on the Harvard Anti-Semitism case and a brief summary of the facts are being posted separately in this section of our bulletin board.

NB: The BBC article makes clear that the Harvard Anti-Semitism lawsuit is separate from the Trump vs. Harvard lawsuit to prevent the university from accessing a visa system that allows it to enroll foreign students.

NB: The Anti-Semitism lawsuit is actually entitled PRESIDENT AND FELLOWS OF HARVARD COLLEGE v. UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, et al. (Case No. 1:25-cv-11048-ADB in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts}.

Additional Campaigns???

If anyone has any additional proposals, please post them in this “Discussion Outline” section of our website - hopefully, 24 hours in advance so that participants can give them proper consideration.

THOUGH, OF COURSE, CAMPAIGNS THAT ARE CONCEIVED SPONTANEOUSLY DURING A MEETING ARE NOT PROHIBITED.

Parts A and B

It is respectfully suggested that these parts be merged for August 20.

Yes, each of the three Short Quizzes contained many questions for which the Suggested Answer was “What Do You Think??? Let’s Discuss!!!”

HOWEVER, probably more important to discuss are --

• any and all questions other participants have, and

• observations of Dr. John Fielder -- long-time head of the Daubert Institute for Forensic Psychology and proposer of our focus book “Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 & the Final Solution in Poland.”

And, if nobody is interested in any Short Quiz question for which the answer was “What Do You Think??? Let’s Discuss!!!” then let’s not waste time on it.

***********
SO PLEASE, EVERYONE, ADD TO YOUR LIST OF QUESTIONS, ANY SHORT QUIZ QUESTIONS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS – AND WE’LL BE “OFF AND RUNNING” WITH --

(1) A BRIEF REVIEW OF (A) TWO MILLENNIA OF THE DOCTRINE OF BLOOD GUILT AND (B) THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE RE UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTION 181 (please see the First Short Quiz at viewtopic.php?f=869&t=2688&sid=452b88c2 ... 9845791bef

(2) YOURS TRULY TRYING TO PACE OURSELVES SO THAT WE THEN COVER THE ENTIRE BOOK while leaving time for Public-Policy Campaign Suggestions.

Each of the Short Quizzes and Suggested Answers are accessible through the Menu at viewforum.php?f=869&sid=452b88c28504537 ... 9845791bef
