(A) A letter to US Attorney General Pam Bondi with a Cc to President Trump that

(B) insists that any settlement with Harvard ban teaching THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE, and

(C) insists the pleadings be amended (the case will probably go, at least eventually, to the US Supreme Court) to prevent any Harvard Professor from teaching THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE.

The most recent prior date of study/action???

Just two months ago for our June 18 meeting on Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz’ “The Preventive State: The Challenge of Preventing Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberties” (Encounter Books 5/20/2025).

As a result of which we sent a 6/19/25 Letter to Pres. Donald Trump (Cc Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) Re Countering THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE (please see viewtopic.php?p=3533&sid=f21a4b301674ec ... fc63#p3533).

Our study of THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE comprising CRIMINAL LIBEL and legal methods of countering it are addressed in Questions 18-32 of the First Short Quiz for the June 18 meeting (please see viewtopic.php?f=856&t=2659&sid=f21a4b30 ... 74a284fc63).

However, we did not consider at that time doing so in the form of lawsuits against Harvard AND OTHER ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS that teach THE BIG PALESTINIAN LIE.
